Ingredients
- 8 cups diced vegetables:
- (Combination of 6 cups Broccoli fresh or frozen,
- 1 cup onion and 1 cup red pepper)
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBS McKay's vegan chicken seasoning
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 recipe of Cream Sauce (below)
Preparation
- 1 Cook vegetables in 1 cup water with seasonings, simmering until tender.
- For cream sauce: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add cream sauce to the cooked vegetables and stir gently while bringing to a boil to thicken, adding more water or salt as needed.
