1/2 c. carob powder
1/2 c. honey
1 cup smooth peanut butter
Shredded coconut, toasted wheat germ, or nut meal
Mix well together carob and honey.
Add peanut butter and mix well again.
Pinch off marble-sized pieces, from into smooth balls, and roll in coconut.
Freeze in a single layer. Once balls are frozen, a single layer is no longer necessary. They can be stored in a freezer bag for future use.
Thaw at room temperature in a single layer for just 5 minutes before serving.
