Ingredients
                
	- 2 1/2 lbs. gold or red potatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced red onion 
- 1/4 cup minced celery 
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 
- 1/4-1/2 cup dill pickle relish 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 /2 tsp pepper
Dressing: 
             
        
        
        
            
                
            
                Preparation
                
	- Cook potatoes until just tender.
- Drain and cool.
- Add to a large bowl and add all other salad ingredients.
- Mix dressing ingredients together well.
- Pour over potato mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
