14 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
optional: 1/8 tsp of salt
optional: 2 tsp tahini or other nut butter
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. if to thick add milk until desired consistency.
Serve immediately. Can be stored in a airtight container in the refrigerator for one week.
