4 beefsteak tomatoes, chopped into half-inch cubes (or the equivalent of other tomatoes)
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup kalamata olives
2 avocados, diced in cubes
6-8 cloves of garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cayenne or other pepper
3 Tblsp. fresh lime juice
Mix everything together except avocados.
Chill until serving time.
Add avocado just before serving and mix gently.
