Creamy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews or slivered almonds soaked in water for 1 hour

  • 1 Medjool date, pitted

  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • 3⁄4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 3⁄4 C water

Preparation

  1. Drain the water from the nuts and

    add them to your blender, along with everything except the dill, and blend until creamy and smooth.

  2. Add the dill and pulse 2 or 3 times to distribute the herb.

  3. Store in a glass jar and refrigerate. Use within 5 days.
