1/2 cup raw cashews or slivered almonds soaked in water for 1 hour
1 Medjool date, pitted
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, chopped
3⁄4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
3⁄4 C water
Drain the water from the nuts and
add them to your blender, along with everything except the dill, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Add the dill and pulse 2 or 3 times to distribute the herb.
Store in a glass jar and refrigerate. Use within 5 days.
