Mix together:
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped dates, packed, (softened)
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
Then add:
1 cup chopped raisins
1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
1 cup other chopped dried fruit
1 cup oats
Mix all ingredients well.
Drop by packed tablespoons on sprayed or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Makes approx. 40 cookies.
