1 C oats
2 C whole wheat pastry flour
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1 C walnuts
1 C water
In a blender, blend oats into a fine flour.
Pour oat flour into a bowl and combine with pastry flour and salt.
Blend walnuts and water in blender until smooth.
Add to dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix well. Add some additional cold water if needed to form a ball with your hands.
Roll between sheets of wax paper and press into a pie plate.
