Smoothie Bowls


  • Frozen, unsweetened acai berry packets (1 packet per person) or 1 cup frozen fruit per person (berries, peaches, cherries, etc.)

  • Frozen bananas (1 banana per person)

  • Unsweetened, shredded coconut

  • Bee pollen

  • Hemp seeds

  • Crushed pecans or walnuts

  • Unsweetened cacao nibs or Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Nut butter

  • Fresh, sliced fruit (bananas, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, etc.)


  1. Process the acai (or other frozen fruit) and bananas together in a Yonana machine or high-powered blender like a Vita-Mix.

  2. Spoon mixture into dessert bowls.

  3. Top with fruit and other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
