Great Greens


  • 16 oz. bag shredded greens (collards, turnip, kale, etc.)

  • 1 quart Imagine brand vegetable broth

  • 1 small red onion, cut in half and sliced in thin slivers

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed

  • ½ tsp. cayenne or other pepper, optional


  1. Put everything in a large pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to simmer and stir well.

  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
