16 oz. bag shredded greens (collards, turnip, kale, etc.)
1 quart Imagine brand vegetable broth
1 small red onion, cut in half and sliced in thin slivers
½ tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, mashed
½ tsp. cayenne or other pepper, optional
Put everything in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to simmer and stir well.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
