Triple Berry Fruit Sauce

This is great on waffles, pancakes, oatmeal or fruit salad.


  • 4 cups triple berry frozen fruit mix (or use any combination of frozen fruit)

  • 2 Tblsp. cornstarch or tapioca starch

  • 1 cup water or apple juice

  • dash of salt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Bring berries and liquid to a boil. reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Mix cornstarch with 3 Tblsp. water.

  3. Add to fruit, stirring constantly until thickened.

  4. Add salt and vanilla. Mix well and remove from heat.

  5. Cool slightly before serving.
