2 C pumpkin
3 TBS cornstarch
1 C Silk vanilla milk
1/2 C maple syrup
1/2 C dates
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Blend dates, milk, syrup & cornstarch until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until combined then pour into unbaked crust.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° F.
