Frozen, unsweetened acai berry packets (1 packet per person) or 1 cup frozen fruit per person (berries, peaches, cherries, etc.)
Frozen bananas (1 banana per person)
Unsweetened, shredded coconut
Bee pollen
Hemp seeds
Crushed pecans or walnuts
Unsweetened cacao nibs or Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips
Nut butter
Fresh, sliced fruit (bananas, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, etc.)
Process the acai (or other frozen fruit) and bananas together in a Yonana machine or high-powered blender like a Vita-Mix.
Spoon mixture into dessert bowls.
Top with fruit and other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
