Easy Date Caramel


  • 14 pitted medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • optional: 1/8 tsp of salt

  • optional: 2 tsp tahini or other nut butter


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. if to thick add milk until desired consistency.

  2. Serve immediately. Can be stored in a airtight container in the refrigerator for one week.
