Easy Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup walnut or pecans or slivered almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional, but good with pumpkin pie)
Preparation
Put everything in a food processor and process until a ball forms.
Press this mixture into a 9" pie pan.
Refrigerate until ready to use for a baked pie.
If you're needing a baked crust for your pie, bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool before adding filling.
